Thank you for choosing us for your wedding transport. Your booking form has been received, and we will now begin the process of adding your details to our system and creating your personal customer account.

Over the coming days, I will be personally preparing your paperwork, which will include:

  • A formal Invoice outlining the total cost of your hire.

  • A Deposit Receipt confirming your initial payment.

Both documents will be emailed to you as soon as they are ready. Your invoice will detail all the essential information, including your wedding date, ceremony and reception locations, and all collection addresses.

Most importantly, I will be calculating your bespoke collection times. As the song goes, we want to make sure everyone “gets to the church on time.” These times are professionally set to ensure a smooth, stress-free journey. Once you receive the documents, please check the addresses carefully to ensure every detail is 100% accurate.
