IMPORTANT It is crucial to accurately calculate the collection times and total hire time. Please clearly indicate the earliest time that either the Bride/s or Groom/s has been requested to be at the ceremony venue. (If you only need one collection just select the first arrival time). This is especially important for civil ceremonies, as the celebrant/registrar may require the groom to be at the venue up to 1 ½ hours before the ceremony start time. If this information is unknown at the moment, we will assume that the earliest arrival will be 15 minutes before the ceremony start time. therefore insert that time.
